Couture By Design (CBD Meetings & Events) was selected to broker events for the Brazilian government. To introduce Brazil culture, tourism and travel to an international audience of business professionals and educators by producing events in the United States.

Background:

Brazil is in east-central South America and occupies nearly 50% of the South American continent with a population of over 170 million.

Around 58% of Brazil is covered with forests, which include the largest rainforest in the world, located in the Amazon River basin.

The country has eight river systems, which carry approximately 20% of the world’s fresh water.

Objective:
To introduce Brazil culture, tourism and travel to an international audience of business professionals, investors and educators by hosting indigenous events in the United States.

Program Elements:
Development of promotional strategy, procurement of premiums, lifestyle marketing and events completely indigenous to the country of Brazil with authentic cuisine, entertainment and branded venue.

Distributed eco-friendly branded gift bags chock full of Brazil branded merchandise and premiums.

Provided collateral, flags and information to attendees and the newsmedia
