Take a look at this recipe for White Hot Chocolate
PREP TIME: 3-5 minutes COOK TIME: 2 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- Milk (Skim, Whole or Fat Free)
- Nestle White Chocolate Chips
- Whipped Cream (For Garnish)
- Mint Leaf (For Ganish)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Measure about 1/4 cup of Nestle White Chocolate Chips
2. Measure 4-6oz. of Milk (Vanilla Almond or Soy Milk can be substituted)
3. Using a small pot or saucepan pour the milk into the pan and bring to a boil
4. Reduce Heat to a slow simmer
5. Stir in the White Chocolate Chips until dissolved
6. Remove from heat and pour into your favorite mug
You can add a dollop of whipped cream then place the mint leaf in the whipped cream for presentation. You can also sprinkle some of your chocolate chips on top.
